Not Your Mothers Fat Burning Techniques

*Listen to fast-paced music as you workout, and attempt to keep up with the defeat.

*Look in to weightlifting -- it is a fantastic all-rounder.


*Eat protein. It is generally low in fat, and it'll maintain you feeling fuller for longer.

*Drink green tea to kick-start your metabolism healthfully.

*Make sure you remain above 1200 calories a day to prevent going into 'starvation mode.'


*Eat spicy foods; they fill you up quicker.

*Graze on good fresh fruit and seeds each day, and keep meals little and often.


*Help the body procedure its food -- never eat over 600 calories in a single sitting.

*Take a supplement which includes vitamins C and D.


*Add fish oil to your supplement series, too.

*Avoid nocturnal living -- stay glued to the afternoon shift whenever we can.


*Exercise the moment possible after getting out of bed.

*Make very sure you are getting enough rest.


*Get tested for anaemia, and digest as much metal as possible.

*Drink just as much water as it is possible to, to keep sensation filled up and well-hydrated.


*Ask a health care provider to look at your kcalorie burning and thyroid performance levels.
