Importance of fitness and exercise to good.

There's no such thing as 'one size fits all' but a sound diet plan must include all of the following:



• Promotes a minimum of 3 foods daily



• Physical task component



• A wide selection of ingredients from all the food groups, particularly nutrient-rich, low fat fruits, greens, beans, full grains, low fat dairy



• Written by way of a credentialed



• Promotes gradual and continuous fat loss of 1-2 pounds per week
