                                MG: I like to blend bodyweight exercises free weight workouts into what I do call "tri-sets" or even "quad-sets" (aka to mini circuits). Basically, I pick 3 or 7 exercises that don't work the same total body movements (non-competing) and combine them directly onto high intensity mini-circuits for my regulars.
